• Home Care Assistant
  The job role of a Home Care Assistant is to provide social care support to adults, older people, and their carers in various settings within the community.  Home Care Assistants operate as part of a team to promote the well-being and independence of Service Users who may, by following an agreed support plan, avoid admission to hospital or long–term care.

Home Care Assistants are required to:

• Uphold the rights, choice and dignity of Service Users
• Ensure Best for Care Ltd policies and procedures are followed, at all times.
• Ensure Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards are met for Service Users.
• Deliver a high quality care service without discrimination.

You may already have experience of being a carer whether that’s in a private or professional setting, however if you don’t have experience it’s absolutely fine as here at Best for Care we provide you with full training and ongoing support throughout your journey. As a Home Care provider running for a number of years we believe that it’s not necessary to have experience to be an amazing carer but rather having passion for care, learning new skills whilst on the job, and with the support of management you will be able to thrive and do your job to the best of your ability.

We offer flexible working hours including breaks in between. Ongoing support, 28 days of paid holiday per year and pension contributions.
